BY THE HOUSE:

Selling your Home? I can work with you (and your realtor) to make your home visually appealing to buyers by emphasizing the size and character of your house, instead of your belongings. Together, we’ll plan an inviting atmosphere within your home that enables buyers to see themselves moving into your house. Some plans may suggest carpet cleaning, painting, repairs, fixture replacement, updating, and/or removing furnishings. If necessary, a handyman referral will be made.

New Home Coordination is valuable when moving from one house into a new home. Whether you are upsizing, downsizing or blending two households, new home coordination takes the guess work out of furniture placement in your new home. We'll start at your old home to see what you already have, then drive to your new home.

New Home Construction decisions can be overwhelming when building a home. I'll visit your current home to get a feel for your personal taste prior to helping you coordinate your décor decisions with your builder, from features to upgrades. This consultation only covers the construction phase of your home.

By the Room focuses on reusing what is in your home a room at a time. We discuss each room, from floor to ceiling, including: paint, lighting, window treatment, floors, color, furniture and accessories.

Creative Services...Don't want to buy new furnishings for your home, but want a new look? Renovating existing furnishings or creating customized accessories may be your answer. I can assist you with hanging window coverings, wallpaper borders, painting walls, and more. Were you handed down a family heirloom that's in need of some restoration attention? I love refinishing antiques by hand. Are you dreaming of remodeling your home or adding on a room, but you're not sure what the room will look like? I can walk you though your remodel using my computer generated design software.

Shopping Assistance...Do you need help shopping for your home redecorating project? I can help you stay on task and on budget for your redecorating plan.

Unique Creations by joella...I see potential in items others consider useless. I'm constantly looking for items to turn into new decor accessories. My accessories are typically one of a kind creations; therefore, no two are exactly alike.
